Execution
01两侧大腿置于瑞士球上,双手撑地呈俯卧撑姿势,双手支撑于肩部正下方,保持身体从头到脚呈一条直线。
02~05保持身体稳定,双手交替向前爬行;同时,调整双脚在球上的位置,尽可能不失衡落地。完成规定的距离。
