Abstract：This book describes and analyzes the changes and transitions of the financial system and regulations of China and the Czech Republic，covering financial system，monetary policy，development of the financial sector（including banking and securities）and financial opening-up. It not only describes and summarizes the changes in the financial history of the two countries，but also addresses the future directions of financial transformation；and it not only contains theory-based systematic analyses，but also presents in-depth observations of financial practices.
